Pete was also an instructor for the largest home inspector school in the country, American Home Inspector Training teaching others to become Home Inspectors.

He has served as a catastrophe inspector in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita and he worked as an inspector contracted to USAA. Pete owned a successful Home Improvement and Inspection company in Colorado Springs for 15 years. Licensed as a Realtor in 1984, Pete has worked with Re/Max Southwest and understands this business from all sides. Fellow Realtors often looked to his company to prepare their new listings for market.

Pete’s experience, first working in, and then serving the Real Estate community, along with his commitment to the education of his clients, has set him apart from the crowd.

As a member of several respected professional organizations, Pete takes his education and his involvement with the community very seriously. From relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina, to fundraising for charitable organizations, to sponsoring an annual neighborhood parade Pete is a person that really cares!
